Environmental Commitment

• Each year we commit to supporting the Publishers National Environment Bureau's aim of ensuring that Australia's leading newspaper and magazine publishers continue to lead the world in the sustainable recovery of old newspapers and magazines by promoting the importance of recycling and the positive impacts that this has on our environment.
• All aluminium plates and scrap metal used in the production of our printed products are recycled.
• All chemicals and inks are recycled.
• Our Head Office, Newspaper House, won the 1999 WA Energy efficiency award, reducing energy consumption by 27.5% from our previous CBD office. The building was constructed with careful consideration to ensure energy efficient design features in all areas.
