Music Licensing Company Message Suite Standard (formerly Producers' Collecting Society Message Suite Standard)

The governance of this message suite (which allows the efficient transfer of repertoire information between Music Licensing Companies) has been transferred to Digital Data Exchange LLC (DDEX). DDEX has the participation of several major Music Licensing Companies and is seen as the most appropriate home for a standard which relies for its efficiency on common data definitions with the rest of the music industry. These are documented in the DDEX data dictionary.
