Man killed in Roseland shooting
A man was fatally shot Sunday evening in Roseland neighborhood on the South Side. Just after 6:30 p.m., officers found the 24-year-old man lying on the ground in the 11100 block of South Vernon Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds to the head, police said. He was taken to Roseland Community Hospital, where he died, police said.
