Basalte Ships Euro-Chic Docks for iPad Air, iPad mini 2 Retina
Basalte on-wall iPad dock for iPad Air and iPad mini Retina adds almost no depth to the tablets.
The mounts are now shipping.
As with other Eve frames, the latest versions are precision-machined out of a single block of aluminum, adding less than 2 mm of depth to the tablet.
They come in multiple finishes—polished aluminum, brushed anodized black or aluminum, and satin white—and can be specified with rounded or squared corners.
The tablets snap into place with magnets; a secure version is available that requires a lock to remove the iPad. A USB power source sits behind the frame in a single-gang box.
Basalte will be demonstrating the Eve mounts, along with its flagship KNX control products at ISE 2014 in Amsterdam.
