It is very unusual nowadays for parties to take place the night before the wedding day; most happen up to a month before. It is practical and fun for the hen and stag parties to take place at the same time. Where time and budget allow, extending the stag/hen over a whole weekend, or even further to a short holiday, means that the proceedings can be more memorable and relaxed.
