The first RHS show of the season celebrates the start of spring in the parklands of Cardiff Castle.
It celebrates the start of the growing season, and gardeners will be out in force to find inspiration amongst the displays and exhibitions from nurseries across the UK.
The emphasis is on spring flowers with spring bulbs taking pride of place. You will also be able to see (and buy) the famous duffydil bulbs (a robust and sturdy daffodil that blooms in March), named by the RHS after Wales's own singing sensation, Duffy, in 2013.
There will be a number of special themed exhibitions, the popular Schools' Wheelbarrow competition, as well as children's entertainment, nature trails, and a chance to buy a range of plants, crafts and gardening accessories.
