Requirements
• 15+ years experience - including at least 8 years experience managing a minimum of 4 people
• Expertise designing for global luxury brands in both print and packaging
• Exquisite, refined typography
• Fluent Mac skills (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
• The ability to manage a high volume work load in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Meticulous with design details and quality
• Must enjoy being challenged by tight deadlines
• Team oriented
Responsibilities
• Day to day management of design staff.
• Oversee design on all print and web projects.
• Concept development and overseeing the execution of creative strategy from inception through to completion.
• Working effectively with Marketing teams to develop design solutions that clearly meet given briefs and/or company objectives.
• Create intelligent, inspiring design.
• Assist Creative Director with model and product photo shoots.
