COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - CITY - Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor - We have an exciting opportunity for a senior Solicitor with a solid base of experience in Commercial Litigation to join this highly regarded niche commercial law firm in a great central location.
This is an important appointment for the firm and you will be entering at a senior level, with a view to head the Commercial Litigation Department.
This is a senior position and applications for this role will be treated in the utmost confidence.
We would like to hear from applicants with a minimum five years PQE and upwards to senior level in a good range of Litigation matters, who would be willing and capable of playing a major role within the firm. Preferred areas of expertise would include such matters as Insurance Litigation, Property Litigation, Contentious Construction and Engineering. However, other areas of Commercial Litigation would also be valued.
As you might expect with this senior position, some managerial experience and a possible following would be valued, but this is not essential. However, it is vital that you should have the necessary specialism in Commercial Litigation, be self motivated, with excellent Client facing skills and ambition to make a take a major career step.
