Cardiff Ebola doctor's 'traumatic' experience in Liberia

26 August 2014 Last updated at 08:19 BST

A doctor from Cardiff has been talking of her "traumatic" experiences helping Ebola victims in the west African state of Liberia.

Dr Nathalie MacDermott came back to Wales at the end of July but has spent three weeks in isolation as a precaution, as two American colleagues contracted the disease but survived.

As she returned to work as a paediatric specialist at Singleton Hospital, Swansea, she said her time in Liberia was harrowing but rewarding.
