How maggots can help lower Kenyan hospital bills

They generally live in the dirtiest places, but maggots are now finding their way into the sterile environment of hospitals.

As resistance to antibiotics increases, several countries - including the US and the UK - are turning to a therapy which dates back to early civilisations.

Kenya may follow suit, with a pilot study there proving successful.
