Leading by Example
Welcome to the second class of TIME's Next Generation Leaders series. As part of our ongoing search for leaders of tomorrow who are working hard to change their worlds today we're introducing seven more young people from around the world who have not just succeeded in their fields but have also persuaded others to share their vision. We launched this new program in September after spending several months carefully looking at young people whose achievements in fields such as business, science, activism and sport are matched by their ability to bring others with them as they turn their dreams into reality. These young leaders have already made an impact in their fields but in many respects they are just getting started so we intend to keep writing about them on TIME.com as they develop and thrive. Meanwhile, we have already started looking for the third class of these young leaders and will introduce them to you in the first half of 2015.
