Rights and Translations

Our Foreign Rights teams offer a prompt, efficient and friendly service to foreign-language publishers world-wide. We have a wealth of experience in selling translation rights in the science & technology and health sciences fields, in-depth knowledge of foreign-language markets, and sales staff with a wide range of language expertise.

We seek to develop and maintain long-term partnerships with foreign publishers. We support our partners' publishing programmes through the timely provision of bibliographic information on new titles in subject areas of interest. We also welcome feedback from our partners on the suitability of our titles for translation in local territories.

We handle translation rights for student textbooks and professional and reference titles across all of Elsevier's imprints. If you are interested in translating any Elsevier books into your local language please contact the relevant department from the list below who will be able to provide you with detailed information on titles, contents, authors and the availability of rights.
