Cloud Based Biometric Authentication Testing

The SJM Group, parent organization of PARfessionals and the International Certification Board of Recovery Professionals (ICBRP), has decided to continue the innovation of mental health and addiction recovery by testing students and candidates for certification through online cloud computing. Cloud computing is when the access and storage of data is done securely via the internet, from the comfort of the user's home or office.

As an innovative service that's in demand, it delivers online examinations through a secure browser. Exam candidates can complete testing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no pre-scheduling or appointments required.

The ingenious system authenticates the student using facial and voice recognition and maintains continuous identity verification throughout the exam. As they progress through the exam, the candidates are monitored for a variety of events, behaviors, and patterns typically associated with possible cheating called "anomalies".

Everything is directly available online and easily accessible. There are no downloads, installs or plug-ins! Minimum computer requirements for candidates: computer, web cam and microphone.

The National Certified Peer Recovery Professional (NCPRP) examination will be reviewed by the American Council On Education (ACE) for college credit recommendation. Upon a successful review, NCPRP examination will receive college credit and be included in the ACE National Guide to College Credit for Workforce Training.
