The image should illustrate the historical aspect, or the lifestyle of the Bedouins who currently live there. Time of shot is open. Additional rules: The image has to visually indicate, clearly, that the shot was taken within the ruins of the historical part of that city. No selfies, and No shots of people smiling for the camera (the type that's more suitable for "I've been there" for Fecebook), i.e., shots should be candid, and capture unplanned moments if people are to be in the image. If your image's main subject is people, the image has to convey an aspect of the lifestyle of the Bedouins living there.
