Frieze Art Fair

14.10.15 - 17.10.15
Regent’s Park, London

Staged by the publishers of the famous Frieze art magazine, the Art Fair is an annual magnet for art visitors, attracting over 47,000 visitors from around the globe.

Featuring more than 170 galleries and over 1,000 artists from around the world, the Frieze Art Fair showcases new and established artists, and gives members of the public the opportunity to see and buy the best contemporary art.

A range of art is on show - paintings, engravings, sculpture, and objets d'art. A new section, Frame, is dedicated to the work of individual artists, and is open to galleries that have been in existence for less than six years.

A programme of artists' commissions, Frieze Projects, is realised annually at the fair under the auspices of the Frieze Foundation, which also sponsors a full programme of events. There is a daily programme of keynote lectures, debates and discussions, which feature individual artists, curators, art magazine editors, art historians and gallery owners. There are also Frieze Music and Frieze Film presentations.

The Cartier Award, which allows an emerging artist to realise a project at the art fair, is one of the world's leading art awards.
