Buying a Wedding Gift

All guests who attend a wedding should buy the bride and groom a wedding present. It is a nice gesture for guests who are invited, but unable to attend, to buy the couple a wedding gift.

Many guests worry about whether it is unoriginal to buy a present from the wedding list.

Remember, the couple have specifically requested those items and a wedding list is often a one-off opportunity to receive certain necessities and luxuries.

Most companies offer guests the facility to buy in-store, online or over the phone.

A guest may do something different if they would like to give an individual present, but they must be sure of the couple's taste.

If guests buy off the list, then they may wish to take the present along on the day.
