As the editor of Buzzfeed UK, Luke Lewis is leading the way in expanding the site’s appeal from students and young professionals to anyone after serious yet easily-digestible journalism. Lewis comes from a journalistic background, having written for the Guardian and The Daily Telegraph and edited NME.com. He also holds a first class degree from Oxford. Prior to his Buzzfeed career, and when Buzzfeed UK was just a twinkle in the eye, Lewis sent the US site a mocked-up version of a potential UK-focused site. Several years later and his website is gaining more credence and more influence every day.
