Oxford Literary Festival

21.03.15 - 29.03.15
Christ Church, Oxford

Over 350 writers flock to the famous university city to discuss affairs literary, political, historical, environmental and culinary - to name just a few - for the eight-day Oxford Literary Festival, hosted by the atmospheric Christ Church College with its Tudor hall and cloisters.

Visitors can also book to join guided literary walks, lunches and dinner parties with prominent authors. Since 2008, a creative writing course has also formed part of the programme.

Previous years have seen plenty of award-winners headlining the festival, including the winner of the 2013 Man Booker Prize Eleanor Catton and multi-award winning Irish novelist Sebastian Barry.
