Vivian Hunt

Principal, McKinsey & Company

Vivian Hunt has been with McKinsey & Company for over 17 years, and is the current director and head of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Hunt has worked with a huge number of leading healthcare clients, specifically payers, mental health and acute hospital providers, on a range of issues. To say that she wields extraordinarily influence in her role and in the industry as a whole would be an understatement. Before joining McKinsey, she worked in both management and performance improvement roles in the healthcare and consumer sectors. In the past she also worked in jobs as diverse as regional coordinator, midwife and volunteer in the US Peace Corps (Senegal), and as a healthcare project director in New York. Hunt was also named third in the Powerlist 2012 Top Ten of the UK’s influential black people.
