John Holland-Kaye

CEO, Heathrow Airport

John Holland-Kaye has been CEO of Heathrow since July of 2014, having joined the company as commercial director in 2009. Born on the edge of the idyllic Lake District, Holland-Kaye has worked in many companies and positions throughout his career, starting out as a strategy consultant for LEK Consulting in London before progressing through roles including managing director of the National Sales Division at Bass Brewers and operations director at Taylor Woodrow Developments. He has previously worked around the world, in Australia, the USA and the Philippines, and during his time at Heathrow, while in the role of development director, he was responsible for delivering the £1 billion annual investment necessary for developing Heathrow, including the new Terminal 2, which opened last year.
