Corbin and King have created some of London’s most iconic eateries through their business, Rex Restaurant Associates. Referred to as a ‘near deity’ of the restaurant scene, the pair have spent a number of years providing the finest food in London. In 2012, they were named Entrepreneurs of the Year in the GQ Men of the Year Awards and 2014 brought the opening of the Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair, featuring the 100-seat Colony Grill restaurant. Corbin and King are big players, and hordes of famous faces, food connoisseurs and star-struck critics flock to their fine dining rooms.
