Female Chief, Chieftain or Laird
In terms of forms of address, there is no separate feminine equivalent for a lady who is a Chief, Chieftain or Laird, and a woman has exactly the same status as a man, except that one does not write to her by her estate only (eg The Chisholm).
The husband of a female Chief, Chieftain or Laird derives no title from his wife, but an eldest son of a female Chief would have the same style "younger" as does the eldest son of a male Chief.
