    place cell phone on vibrate during business meetings. Nothing is more rude than hearing a phone go off. Not every call is urgent

    Phones at any table is not okay, irrespective of the occasion. No need to worry about the ringtone, as the phone should be off.

    Using phone at the till. There is nothing more rude. Either wait until call ended to pay or excuse yourself to caller & call back

    Using a phone at a shop till. I've flat out refused to serve such people in the past, if they're not ready neither am I. So rude!
