Reception Style and Decoration
The style of the wedding as a whole should permeate the choice of decoration at the reception. Some couples choose a flamboyant style, or may even opt for a themed party, while others go for understated elegance.
The dominant wedding colour, which has already been in evidence in the choice of stationery, dress and flowers, is a good starting point. This should be reflected throughout the venue, for example in the table settings and flowers. However, the tables, chairs, lighting and crockery should not be over looked as they provide the backdrop for the creative table decorations.
