The wedding list company, shop or specialist should be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery time for the wedding presents.
The wedding photographs should now be ready for collection (this also applies to the DVD, if one has been made).
The couple should check that all paperwork and invoices are now settled with suppliers.
The wedding dress and morning coat should be cleaned as soon as possible to prevent any deterioration or damage that may be caused by neglect. Some brides also choose to get their bouquet professionally dried and preserved.
The couple will also need to collect any clothes or possessions they left with members of the family or at friends' houses before the wedding.
It is a good idea for the couple to keep a wedding file containing notes, correspondence, photographs and memorabilia. It is also sensible to keeping track of what presents were received, and so on.
