I miss "action" photos - photos of fast mooving objects/subjects by those samples . Why are souch photos so rare? Especially photos of indoor sports with poor light conditions ...

Lots of noise for this grade of Nikon. Shooting RAW is about the only option to clean it up in the source.

Ummm... actually there is very little noise.
That I can see on my 27 inch IMac?

But my concern is at 3200 iso not 1800.
Then we have a compelling camera to buy.

I just checked it on a 27" iMac. There is a lot of noise in the mid shadow areas. Are you looking at it full size? Anyway, the picture is completely useable. I just don't care for the out of camera nikon jpgs.

Hell I'm using a 15" laptop and can see lots of noise. Not what I was expecting.
