Can difference be seen on 1080p monitor for X3 Quattro sensor?

As title

There is no doubt that X3 has superiour resolution at least equal to 36 MP Bayer in my opinion. But if I am not cropping and only view photo on 1080p screen, can I really see the difference?

Also is X3 Quattro color rendering different compared with Bayer sensor? Is the white balance in daylight good?

I am seriously consider buying a dp2 Quattro , help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
