Sometimes writers make mistakes, and sometimes new research revises what was known before.
A few days ago I wrote a Think Tank post about the apparently disappointing results, at least so far, of the “Kalamazoo Promise,” an ambitious program adopted in Kalamazoo, Mich., that funds the college attendance of every high school graduate in the city.
