The makers of Kamal Haasan-starrer Tamil-Telugu bilingual Thoongaavanam are planning to come out with the first look of the film on May 25.
"The photo shoot for the first look happened in Chennai on Wednesday. The team has planned to release it on May 25, a day after the film goes on floors in Hyderabad," said a source from the film's unit on Thursday.
The film, which features Trisha Krishnan and Prakash Raj in the lead, will be helmed by Kamal's long-time associate Rajesh M Selva.
Said to be a fast-paced thriller, Thoongaavanam will feature Haasan in the role of a policeman. The entire story will unfold in a single night.
Bollywood actor Manisha Koirala is said to have been approached to play Kamal's wife in the movie.
