Been following this thread, and as an ardent single game player that dabbles occationaly in multi player. I have to ask myself why more companies do not go the skyrim way and make both as seperate games and potentialy double thier chances of profit?
Matthew Bromberg appointed as BioWare's new boss
Former BioWare Austin general manager fills the gap left by co-founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk.
Matthew Bromberg is the new boss of Mass Effect and Dragon Age developer BioWare, VentureBeat reports.
Now group general manager of the BioWare label, Bromberg was previously general manager of BioWare Austin, the studio behind the massively multiplayer online game Star Wars: The Old Republic. He joined BioWare in 2012, as BioWare was shifting The Old Republic into a free-to-play MMO game, and was previously CEO of eSports company Major League Gaming.
Alongside leading the Austin studio, Bromberg will take over Mass Effect and Dragon Age studios BioWare Edmonton and Montreal studios, the Los Angeles-based Command & Conquer developer Victory, and the Waystone Studio in Redwood City, California, which is currently producing the MOBA Dawngate.
Jeff Hickman will replace Bromberg as general manager of BioWare Austin.
BioWare's original co-founders, Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk, left the company in 2012.
