BATON ROUGE - A 15-year-old was taken to the hospital following a shooting Friday night.

Police said two people were shot at 650 North Ardenwood Drive. Conditions of the two people were unknown as of this post.

The shooting happened around 8 p.m. and police will likely be investigating the incident for much of the evening.  As police were investigating the shooting, shots were fired into the air nearby.  People ran for cover but no one was hit.
