By Royal Decree of November 3rd 2014 it has been decided to transfer the Offshore Safety Act and tasks relating to this act from the Danish Minister of Climate, Energy and Buildings to the Minister of Employment.
The Offshore Safety Unit has moved from the Danish Energy Agency to the Danish Working Environment Authority with effect from January 1st 2015.
