Beautiful cathedrale with good acoustics. If you have the change to hear a choir, just go For it. The sounds is beautiful and the church has lovely colorfull windows. A good combination of more traditional and modern architecture.

For the first time, we attended a service at The Washington National Cathedral. It is so much better than just walking around. Fantastic acoustics and th message came alive.

The interior of the Cathedral is truly impressive. Its central arcade is reminiscent of Westminster Abbey. Attend Mass if you have the opportunity. All are welcome to celebrate. Be sure to explore the Catherdral. It houses many treasures, including a moon rock, Darth Vader's head and the remains of President Woodrow Wilson.

This is one place you need to reserve time for. Breathtaking stained glass windows. Probably the most I have ever seen in one place. Did a tour with the guide. The cathedral has many beautiful places. Some are not as obvious as others. Of course, we all admire the stained glass and the stonework. Lovely to look around, lots to see a few steps Togo down to get to the bottom floor but worth the look, not on a metro line and a bit hilly to get to from the red line.plenty of places to get food and watered in George town. Our group came for a service with a guest speaker. It was such a memorable day. The volunteer greeters are delightful and the church is just amazing. Be sure to go see the childrens chapel in the back.
