Ramón 2011: anthroponym, "verbal governing compound (Rektionskomposita)" meaning 'who kills men', cf. Homeric ἀνδρειφόντης. "The first member of Hom. ἀνδρειφόντης is probably analogical to that of Ἀργει-φόντης."
