Per L&S [1846 2nd ed.], χερήρης (khereres) (T 2131) is a variation of χεριάρης (kheriares) and means “dexterous”. χεριάρης might be transcribed ka-ra 2 -re-we, but, thus far, there are no words with the /ka-ra 2/ pattern. The /s/ shape of B *75, whether dextroverse (right turned) or sinistroverse (left turned), suggests not that /we/ is a glide in word-final position but that it is the ubiquitous -s stem.
