Directions
It is important that there are some signs in place to help the guests and any hired transport find the ceremony/reception venue.
- Signs should guide guests travelling by car and any hired transport to the venue; even a local coach-driver can easily go astray, especially in rural areas.
- It is a good idea to delegate to ushers the task of putting up laminated signs at agreed locations, if confusion is likely.
- The entrance to the venue must be made obvious - again, an usher can be on duty at the entrance to show guests where to go.
