Dan Howell (danisnotonfire) and Phil Lester (amazingphil) are video bloggers, radio personalities, best friends and flatmates with over 8 million Youtube subscribers and 4 million Twitter followers between them. Having gained followings on Youtube in their late teens, they became presenters of Radio 1’s Sunday evening Request Show in 2013 before moving to its Monday night Internet Takeover. The duo published a book in October 2015, The Amazing Book Is Not On Fire, which topped hardback bestseller lists in the Sunday Times and New York Times. Their gaming platform DanandPhilGAMES, also launched in 2015, became the fastest growing channel on YouTube.
