Desert Islands
This is similar to musical chairs but played with pieces of paper placed on the floor. Ideally each piece of paper is cut and painted to resemble a tropical island. There should be one less piece of paper than the number of children playing. When the music stops the children have to stand on a free island with no more than one child island.
The child not standing on an island is out but can choose a piece of fruit form a 'tropical' basket to eat whilst the game continues.
