Ed Bussey

Founder and CEO, Quill

Ed Bussey has always had a flair for entrepreneurship: he was president of the Young Entrepreneurs Society at Cambridge and became a regional winner of the UK Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. With a background in e-commerce, Bussey identified a need for brands to raise the quality of their online content in order to assist consumers in making their choices when browsing sites – and out of this need, Quill was born. Five years later and Quill’s list of content partners is impressive, boasting such brands as WPP, Aegis, LA Fitness and Arsenal Football Club. Prior to Quill, Bussey served in the Royal Navy before taking on a number of roles with the Foreign Office in security and counter-terrorism.
