Disillusioned by his job in corporate finance, Logan Naidu decided to make use of the network he had created and enter the world of financial headhunting. After a successful stint at the Cornell Partnership, which saw Naidu reach the position of managing partner, he made the decision to leave and set up his own financial recruitment firm. Boutique consultancy Dartmouth Partners is unique in its focus not on recruiting at senior level, but rather on identifying ‘elite talent’ and finding the very best candidates for entry level and junior positions. Dartmouth’s impressive retention of clients has seen it ranked 7th in the UK's Top 100 Start-up companies in 2015.
