The APS actively engages with the media to promote psychologists and psychological knowledge, via media campaigns to advocate on issues of importance to members; by responding to media inquiries through the APS Media Referral Service; by supporting and promoting Member Group events, such as conferences; and through community awareness campaigns such as National Psychology Week.
