The Girl Guides Australia team consists of the Board of Girl Guides Australia, the Australian Managers, National Committees, National Executive Officer and staff at National Office. The Board sets the policy and direction of Guiding in Australia. The Australian Managers advise the Board on policy and direction and implement the goals and policies of the Board. They are an avenue of communication with and between the States.
