Boston Spa Reading Room

In our Boston Spa Reading Room you can view items from our  collections. This Reading Room can be found at the Library's site on the Thorp Arch Trading Estate near Wetherby, West Yorkshire. 

Reader Registration

You must register for a full Reader Pass (a photo-pass) to use our Reading Room and you will need to bring two forms of identification with you.

Who can register for a Reader Pass

Prospective readers should note that the British Library is very different from public and university libraries.

Conditions of Use of the Library's Reading Rooms

Admission to the Library's Reading Rooms requires a Reader Pass, which is issued subject to our Conditions of Use.
