Some storminess ahead for Saturday, followed by a largely drier Sunday. A slow moving cold front will approach from the Ohio Valley and settle over the Mid-Atlantic region this weekend. This front will stall over the Mid-Atlantic Saturday, before dissipating on Sunday. A piece of energy will track along the boundary Saturday into Saturday Night. This will increase clouds throughout the day Saturday and bring scattered showers/storms during the PM and evening hours. A few storms could produce gusty winds and some small hail. Saturday's temperatures ranging from the mid 80s to around 90, but it will remain humid. The storm system exits Sunday as high pressure moves in and will carry through Monday. We may see a brief break in high humidity for Sunday before heat & humidity climb back up on Monday. A cold front then moves in for late Monday Night through Tuesday Night bringing scattered showers/storms. Some drier air is expected behind the front for the mid and late week.

Tonight: Very low chance for a shower/storm otherwise partly cloudy, warm and muggy, lows 66-73. Saturday: Sun and clouds, scattered showers/storms mainly during the PM, humid, highs 85-90. Sunday: Mostly sunny, hot but not too humid, highs 87-92. Monday: Mostly sunny, hot and humid again, highs 90-95. Tuesday: Variable clouds, warm and humid, scattered showers/storms, highs 86-90. Wednesday: Mostly sunny, cooler and more comfortable, highs 83-88. Thursday: Mostly sunny, warm but not too humid, highs 85-89. Friday: Mostly sunny, hot, more humid, highs 87-92.
