Now that your baby is probably sitting on his own, and possibly crawling, it is time for him to learn how to get into a sitting position either from lying down or crawling. Practicing this will also help tone up your baby's leg and back muscles.

This is a normal process as baby's diet changes. If he seems to be getting a little constipated now, check with your doctor to see if there are any over the counter medications you can give him. These might help relieve his gas or make it easier for him to go to the bathroom.
