i. Anyone subject to a current ban issued prior to or on 15 February 2016 who contends that they did not engage in the conduct for which they were banned may apply to the Football Independent Banning Appeal Committee (FIBAC) for a review of their ban in accordance with clause 15 of the FFA National Banning Regulations which can be found at here. Applications may be lodged using the application form here which must be sent to BanReview@ffa.com.au by 15 May 2016.  

ii. Anyone subject to a current ban issued after 15 February 2016 who contends that they did not engage in the conduct for which they were banned may apply to the Football Independent Banning Appeal Committee (FIBAC) for a review of their ban in accordance with clause 7 of the FFA National Banning Regulations which can be found here. Applications may be lodged using the application form here which must be sent to BanReview@ffa.com.au
