  1. Dear Ben,
    Left kidney is enlarged, with loss of corticomedullary differentiation and perinephric echogenic collection(Pyelonephritis)
    Right kidney: above findings plus speckles of air(emphysematous pyelonephritis)

  2. I think there is mild Hydronephrosis on both sides.

    How about imaging from the back- v.much closer to the kidneys?? what do you think?
