Accessibility Information

MLB.com has utilized guidelines issued by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to implement functional improvements to MLB.com. We are working to ensure that all content on www.mlb.com and all content on the club sites satisfy Level A and AA Success Criteria set forth in WCAG 2.0. As part of those efforts, MLB.com launched an accessible media center for our MLB.com Gameday Audio subscribers, offering features such as volume control, ability to choose the home or away feed and access to archived games, and more. We are working to further improve the accessibility of both Gameday Audio and MLB.TV for each successive baseball season.

For detailed FAQs and tips for how to best navigate and experience our sites, please visit our Accessibility FAQs.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact our dedicated accessibility Customer Service at access@website.mlb.com and at 866.239.1284 (international customers call 512.434.1542).

While we strive to make MLB.com and the 30 Major League club websites as accessible as possible and to meet the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, our pages may not always pass online validation tools. Our approach to using image alternate text attributes, for example, includes keeping redundancies to a minimum, so we will sometimes opt to use empty alt attributes rather than duplicate content already present on the page. Similarly, some third-party hosted content presented contextually on our sites via iFrames or other technologies, including advertisements and partner apps, is literally out of our controlled codebase. While we encourage our partners and vendors to comply with industry-wide accessibility standards, we cannot enforce such standards alone.

If you notice ways we can improve the usability and accessibility of our sites, please send your suggestions to Customer Service at access@website.mlb.com and at 866.239.1284 (international customers call 512.434.1542).
