Forecast by Meteorologist David Rogers:
High pressure building down from our north for Monday will provide a northeast breeze and this will make for cooler high temps, upper 50s to low 60s. For Election Day Tuesday, high pressure then pushes east so the winds turn back out of the southwest and this brings back some warmer air. Temps may get to around 70 for Tuesday Afternoon. A cold front will track through Wednesday making for variable clouds and possibly a couple showers. Temps will cool back to seasonable levels behind that front for the second half of the week. Another cold front looks to track through Friday but looks to be a dry passage. Behind this front however, a strong shot of cold air looks to build down from Cananda. This will make for high temps only in the low to mid 50s next weekend. Dry high pressure will make for fair skies.
Monday: Continued sunny but cooler, highs 59-63. Monday Night: Clear skies and chilly, lows 36-40. Tuesday - Election Day: Partly sunny, warmer, highs 65-69. Wednesday: Variable clouds, cooler, few showers possible mainly in the morning, highs 59-63. Thursday: Mostly sunny, highs 60-64. Friday: Mostly sunny, pleasant, highs 62-66. Saturday: Mostly sunny, breezy and chilly, highs 50-54. Sunday: Mostly sunny, lighter winds, still quite cool, highs 52-58.
