Starting out as a Belgian coachbuilder, the company relocated to the UK in 1923 continuing their work for wealthy clientele. It became its own brand following an Austin take over, maintaining a level of its own identity with some of the larger cars also inheriting Rolls Royce engines. The brand still maintained its prestigious furnishing and fittings specialism up until its demise in 1980.
